YOUR PERSONALIZED
SUPPORT STARTS HERE

We understand there could be questions when starting or continuing a treatment, which is why the Kiniksa OneConnect program was created—to help make support simple. Once you have received your prescription and have enrolled in the Kiniksa OneConnect program, you will be paired with a dedicated Patient Access Lead (PAL) who will provide support and guidance throughout every step of treatment with ARCALYST.

While your healthcare provider is your go-to resource for all your medical needs, your PAL has unique expertise to help you with:

  • Insurance coverage and authorization
  • Cost-saving options if you are eligible
  • Getting refills on time
  • Options for injection training
  • Ongoing education and support

“We’re here to support you.”

Starting treatment

After your healthcare provider submits a Kiniksa OneConnect Enrollment Form with your signature and consent, our work begins. We will help make the start of your treatment a seamless experience.

Understanding your insurance coverage

We will guide you through the insurance process by helping explain your coverage and partnering with your healthcare provider if a prior authorization (PA) is needed. If eligible, we may be able to help you begin treatment with ARCALYST before the PA process is completed.

Injection training

After coordinating your first delivery of ARCALYST, we’ll work with you to set up one-on-one injection training with an ARCALYST Clinical Educator who will guide you through injection process.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our programs are designed to help remove barriers to treatment.

KINIKSA COPAY PROGRAM

If you are eligible, the Kiniksa Copay Assistance Program may be able to help lower many out-of-pocket costs such as copays, coinsurance, and deductibles to as little as $0 per month.*

PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

If you struggle with high out-of-pocket costs, do not have insurance, or find that treatment is not covered by insurance, our Patient Assistance Program may be able to help. We will work with you to see if you qualify and to discuss any questions you may have.

*To be eligible for the Kiniksa Copay Assistance Program, you must have commercial insurance, must not have Medicare, Medicaid, or other government insurance, and must meet other eligibility criteria. You also must agree to the rules set forth in the terms and conditions for the program. Please visit kiniksapolicies.com/copay to review additional eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for the Kiniksa Patient Assistance Program, you must meet certain financial eligibility requirements. Please visit kiniksapolicies.com/pap to review additional eligibility criteria.

“We think your focus should be on your health, not your treatment costs.”

TREATMENT SUPPORT

Our work doesn’t end after treatment begins. We want you to feel supported for the entire treatment experience.

ARCALYST delivery and refills

We partner with select specialty pharmacies that will deliver ARCALYST directly to your door and send reminders when it’s time to refill. These specialty pharmacies also provide access to necessary supplies such as sharps disposal containers.

ARCALYST product support

We will assist you with product-related questions and provide access to educational tools and resources about your treatment.

Additional resources and support

We will check in with you regularly to make sure we’re staying up-to-date on your needs. If there are any changes in your situation (new insurance, a change of address, upcoming travel, etc), we can help you find ways to avoid treatment interruptions. If you need additional information and support, we can also direct you to patient advocacy and support groups.
